SaskFSA| RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the wrong product was ordered in error, a cancellation may be initiated for full refund.
Please contact our office at 1-306-740-9558 to pre-authorize return or email info@saskfsa.ca and we will email you a refund/return acceptance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done within 24 hours.
Upon successful cancellation, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
